Job summary

mSupply in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Operations to elevate our sales operations, enablement, and analytics. You will lead multiple managers and directors, set strategy, and align initiatives with growth objectives across HVAC, Appliance, and Plumbing units.

The role emphasizes CRM adoption, data-driven decision making, and scalable processes, with travel about 40%. You will partner with IT, Finance, HR, Pricing, and business unit leadership to improve commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.
• Proven experience leading managers and directors and developing high-performing leaders.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and CRM adoption experience.
• Experience with B2B distribution or multi-channel sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead two to three Senior Managers and Directors across Sales Operations and Sales Enablement.
• Set strategy, priorities, and operating rhythm aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop leaders, build bench strength, and establish measurable outcomes.
• Oversee analytics, forecasting, CRM adoption, and sales technologies.
• Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Pricing on governance and performance reporting.
