Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Director of Sales- Appliance in Denver, CO. This remote-friendly, senior leadership role oversees the appliance sales organization, drives revenue and growth, and strengthens customer and vendor relationships across multi-state regions.

You will lead strategizing, forecasting, and talent development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market presence and profitability. Remote status enables nationwide collaboration with a strong field presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience in appliance distribution, parts distribution, wholesale distribution, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer development, market expansion, and profitable growth.
• Financial and analytical acumen, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and sales technology to manage pipelines, relationships, activity, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of sales management processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, performance management, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue, gross margin, customer growth, and market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, dealers, manufacturers, and vendor partners.
• Identify new markets, customers, products, and other opportunities for profitable growth.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and business results to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting, pricing, budgeting, inventory, and other business priorities.
• Develop sales talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders through coaching, feedback, and development.
• Represent the business and mSupply with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
