Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This fully remote role prefers CST working hours, with onsite opportunities within a 50-mile radius as needed.

The position partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, improve processes, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with EPIC and agency operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement, productivity, and capacity planning.
• Support M&A integration and transition planning.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership.
