Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Training to develop and implement new hire and ongoing training for Commercial Field Teams. The Sr. Manager will plan and execute training at regional and national meetings, including field rides to ensure effective execution.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, 3+ years in Oncology/Cell Therapy, and 1+ year in training. 50%+ travel is expected; base pay range is provided with bonus/equity eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated success.
• 3+ years of Oncology/Cell Therapy experience.
• 1+ year of training experience in coaching and training field-based representatives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist head of training in ongoing development of disease state, product, and competitive market training.
• Facilitate training programs: new hire, regional, national trainings and ongoing professional development.
• Conduct field rides with customer-facing colleagues to ensure effective execution.
• Collect, organize and analyze feedback following national training workshops.
• Collaborate with district trainers to assess training requirements.
• Partner with Regional Sales Management to assess training gaps and plan quarterly needs.
• Support distance learning programs to increase field competencies while reducing travel.
• Maintain business intelligence on new training methods and share best practices.
