BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager / Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead operational planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials. You will oversee CROs, vendors, and site operations ensuring protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements are met while driving quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years’ experience in day-to-day clinical trial operations.
• Proven ability to manage CROs and vendors in rare or pediatric trials.
• Strong leadership and strategic, big-picture thinking.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills; Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations from start-up through close-out.
• Oversee SOPs and QA processes to ensure GCP/regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership on Clinical Operations issues and risk management.
• Build relationships with investigators and site staff; ensure clear study communication.
• Oversee CROs and vendors; manage performance and risk.
• Coordinate supply chain for trial materials with cross-functional teams.
• Support audits and inspections with continuous improvement.
