Job summary
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Operational Strategy Director to drive operational strategy for RFPs, bid defense meetings, and pre-award engagements. You will lead analyses of enrollment feasibility, study timelines and competitive landscape, and work with cross-functional teams to craft budgets and proposal text.
This role requires extensive CRO/pharma experience and leadership in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Travel domestically/internationally as needed.
Qualifications
- 18+ years in CRO/pharma industry or equivalent experience.
- Competence in operational strategy analysis and budget review.
- Strong experience in target therapeutic area development and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical, operations, business development and leadership to define operational strategy for opportunities (enrollment, feasibility, timelines).
- Provide data-driven analysis for country/site recommendations and competitive landscape.
- Develop proposal text describing operational strategy and conduct reviews before sponsor delivery.
- Ensure proposals reflect robust strategic, operational, scientific, medical and clinical development planning.
- Create and refine study budgets with cross-functional leadership.
