You will lead thought leadership, develop actionable insights, and present at Gartner events, client briefings and conferences, shaping research priorities and engaging with senior executives. The role demands 10+ years in finance, AI-informed strategy, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience with enterprise financial strategy and cost, margins, investments.
• Experience using AI in financial strategy workflows and with FP&A systems/treasury software.
• Strong communication, research and writing skills; ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful, thought-provoking insights for CFOs on growth, cost, margins, and investment prioritization.
• Translate insights into practical teachings to improve financial decision-making.
• Develop in-depth analyses to identify root causes and drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and evolve research agendas within Gartner.
• Provide high quality content review and present materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support Sales and BTI by delivering market voice to drive client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across a multicultural global team.
• Travel up to 25% where applicable.
