Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Director for Digital Transformation & AI Strategy, Customer Experience & Enablement to define and lead the AI and digital vision for Global Customer Care & Order Operations. The role reports to the VP and requires collaboration across Digital & AI, IT, Data & Analytics, Commercial, and Supply Chain, with up to 25% travel and flexible location options.

The position demands a strong track record in enterprise transformation, strategic thinking, and executive communication,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience.
Experience leading enterprise digital transformation, AI strategy, customer experience, or operational transformation initiatives within a complex global organization.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global AI and digital transformation strategy for Customer Care & Order Operations.
Translate business priorities into a multi-year roadmap and investment agenda.
Reimagine customer and employee experiences through AI-enabled self-service and intelligent workflows.
Lead end-to-end simplification, standardization, and automation of processes to improve service and cost-to-serve.
Establish AI governance, metrics, and value-realization frameworks.
