Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or another advanced degree strongly preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, marketing, omnichannel customer engagement or related functions within pharma/biotech.
Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, ML and predictive analytics with experience evaluating, shaping or scaling AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a thought leader on AI capabilities, guiding Commercial Leadership and brand teams on benefits, opportunities and risks.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and translate insights into a practical engagement roadmap across HCP and patient channels.
Translate strategy into executable AI-enabled solutions and define journeys including data requirements and success measures.
Advance AI-enabled omnichannel engagement across field, digital, media, email, congress and emerging channels.
Strengthen data, technology and measurement for targeting, orchestration, consent, content distribution and optimization.
Shape the commercial AI vision and operating model with governance and scalable practices for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
