Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. seeks a Senior Direct Response Marketer to own messaging across ads, VSLs, funnels, and email for an eight-figure men’s coaching brand. You’ll lead copy creation, oversee editing, and optimize results at scale while maintaining policy compliance.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Paid Marketing and the founder to drive a turnaround, delivering high‑quality assets and measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English at native/nearly-native level.
• Experience inside a company generating $500k+ revenue per month.
• Copy personally written sold at least $1 million in revenue with verifiable results.
• Last 18 months: written direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, and email for high-ticket offers with measurable metrics.
• Personally authored VSL/webinar/script that served as main sales asset at scale.
• High-volume Meta ad copy with concepts tested and rationale documented.
• Email marketing expert: broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
• Directed video editors/designers from briefs; ensure final cut meets standards.
• Voice-of-customer research to inform copy.
• Experience in compliance-sensitive verticals where ads risk account restrictions.
• Overlap with European working hours (min 3 hours/day).
• Available for full-time commitment with no other clients.

Responsibilities

• Market research and ideation for new campaigns and offers.
• Write copy for ads, VSLs, funnel pages, and emails.
• Manage the editing team and ensure quality of final assets.
• Review analytics and iterate based on results.
• Keep all copy compliant with platform policies.
• Collaborate with Head of Paid Marketing and founder on strategy.
• Oversee creative direction for video and testimonial assets.
• Direct VSLs, opt‑in pages, sales pages, and CRO test copy.
• Drive email revenue with daily broadcasts and nurture sequences.
• Perform customer and sales-call research to refine messaging.
