Trivium is seeking a Senior Direct Response Creative Strategist to own the brand's direct response ad creative from concept to execution. You will shape angles, conduct market research, and produce briefs that scale performance across product lines.

You’ll work remotely with founders and operators, earning strong base compensation plus performance incentives and potential equity discussions. The role emphasizes fast learning and leadership of a small creative pod.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in direct response creative strategy for health, wellness, or supplements.
• Strong ability to generate winning ad angles and briefs.
• Proven track record of scaling creative performance with data-driven feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for the brand — angle ideation, market research, brief development, script writing, and ad account analysis
• Produce 15 briefs per week across multiple product lines and funnels
• Lead daily research using GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library to find fresh angles
• Review briefs from junior strategists and provide high-signal feedback
• Collaborate with editors in Asana and Frame.io to keep production fast and tight
• Bridge media buying and creative by feeding learnings from live performance data
• Over time, build out a creative pod with direct reports and operate like a small business inside the business
