Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. You will guide technology strategy, coordinate Epic-based care pathways, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care.

Lead a multidisciplinary team across product, analytics, and engineering to optimize patient outcomes and reduce costs. You will shape end-to-end technology roadmaps, balance VBC and FFS needs, and ensure seamless integrations with external data sources

Qualifications
