Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management.
• Experience implementing Epic/EHR workflows and partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Transform broad clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements, actionable product specs, and Epic/technology architectures.
• Own product roadmap, backlogs, and ensure transparency with CVS HCD technology leadership and business units.
