Bayforce seeks a Senior Digital Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support Digital Marketing and eCommerce through advanced data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years with GCP tools including Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
• SQL expertise with large datasets from relational DBs and data warehouses.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Python is a plus.
• Strong data mining, data extraction, and coding background.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and present dashboards for web and digital performance using GCP tools.
• Analyze traffic, quote/order conversions, channel performance, and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs, spot trends, and communicate impact to decision-makers.
• Translate questions into analyses, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior management clearly in reports and dashboards.
• Improve data analysis tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Create new reporting tools to support digital marketing and eCommerce.
• Ensure data quality and reliability of reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve data quality and availability issues.
• Support governance initiatives for digital marketing data.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through data-driven insights.
• Mentor and train less-senior analytics staff.
