Job summary

Mosaic.tech is seeking a DevSecOps/CI-CD Architect to design and implement Harness-based solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to align technical goals with business outcomes, develop automations, and craft reference patterns to scale deployments.

You will interact with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure customer success while traveling up to 25%. This remote role requires a strong foundation in DevOps tooling and excellent communication

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• 6+ years DevOps experience with listed tools.
• External customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement optimized Harness deployments for CI/CD/DevSecOps.
• Engage with customer technical teams and leadership to map goals to technical outcomes.
• Create automation, best practices, and reference patterns from engagements.
• Collaborate with pre- and post-sales to ensure customer success.
• Document onboarding and enablement processes for internal use.
