Job summary

Harness is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team in a remote role across the United States and Canada. You will combine community-level front-end support with a highly technical DevOps focus, working with enterprise and PLG customers to troubleshoot issues across cloud providers, Git, and Harness security and test products.

Qualifications

• :// Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and troubleshooting across cloud environments.
• :// Strong communication with customers and ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• :// Familiarity with Linux and networking fundamentals; capable of reading logs and some source code for debugging.
• :// Experience in technical support or customer experience engineering with a bias toward DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Tier Three issues for Community and PLG customers across Harness platforms.
• Investigate deployment failures, pipeline issues, networking problems, and runner connectivity.
• Participate in customer sessions via video, screen sharing, and remote debugging.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring data to identify root causes; read source code when needed.
• Document findings, steps to reproduce, and resolutions for future support.
