Job summary

Eliassen Group is actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a remote, 6-month contract. You will build production-ready Azure infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure operational visibility while integrating with existing ecosystems.

Strong scripting and backend development with Java are valued, as is leadership and stakeholder management. The role requires W2 eligibility; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on DevOps experience.
• Expertise with Azure Cloud Services, AKS, and Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong scripting skills such as Python and Bash.
• Backend development experience, with Java preferred.
• Effective communication and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with diverse audiences and manage stakeholders.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments with multiple dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver production-ready Azure infrastructure for the platform.
• Implement deployment automation and operational visibility.
• Integrate the platform with existing digital asset ecosystem and workflows.
• Create documentation, perform knowledge transfer, and complete handoff activities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across technical and business domains.
