Job summary

Inherent Technologies is seeking a Sr Azure DevOps Admin to drive cloud engineering initiatives remotely in the United States. The role centers on designing and implementing IaC with Terraform and ARM, deploying Azure PaaS services, and optimizing the DevOps toolchain for scalable cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of Azure experience, strong Kubernetes expertise, and a focus on AKS and AppService.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy to execute Azure Cloud Engineering.
• Develops and implements standards and best practices for cloud solutions.
• Leads provisioning of infrastructure using infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, ARM).
• Leverages automation to monitor and orchestrate client environments.
• Implements Cloud standards, DevOps / CI/CD tool chain and SOE.
• Supports business requirements by conducting business needs assessments and analysis.
• Keeps up with patches and updates to enable new functionality and address vulnerabilities.
• Researches emerging technologies to improve cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.
• Works with Kubernetes, Docker, and other container technologies.
• Deploys all Azure PaaS services (APIM, AKS, AppService, FrontDoor).
