Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a remote, six-month contract to build and validate production-ready Azure infrastructure and deployment automation for a third-party platform.

The role requires hands-on DevOps, Azure AKS, Terraform, Python, and Java experience, plus strong communication and leadership to coordinate across multiple teams during fast-moving project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on DevOps experience.
• Azure Cloud Services, AKS, and Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Scripting with Python and Bash.
• Backend development experience with Java.
• Effective communication and technical leadership.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with diverse audiences and manage stakeholders.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments with multiple dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver production-ready Azure infrastructure for the platform.
• Implement deployment automation and operational visibility.
• Integrate the platform with existing digital asset ecosystem and workflows.
• Create documentation, perform knowledge transfer, and complete handoff activities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across technical and business domains.
