Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to help developers integrate Stripe’s APIs and solve complex integration challenges. You will explain concepts, build guides, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve our documentation and tooling.

This role is remote, but candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred. You will work with multiple languages (Java, Python, Node, React) and contribute to internal tools and developer training to accelerate adoption of Stripe’s

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Ability to explain Stripe concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort reading and understanding code across multiple languages.
• Willingness to provide occasional weekend coverage for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical concepts and build integrations with developers.
• Develop and maintain internal and external documentation and demos.
• Unblock developers via multiple support channels and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on planning, design reviews, and tooling.
• Contribute to internal Copilot-like tools and training materials.
