Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to help developers integrate and scale Stripe’s APIs. You will explain technical concepts, assist with integrations, and create guides and code samples that empower our users to be successful.

This remote role favors candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. You’ll collaborate with multiple engineering teams, teach best practices, and support a wide range of languages including Java, Python, Ruby, Go, and NodeJS.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to read and understand code in multiple languages.
• Willingness to provide occasional weekend coverage for critical infra.

Responsibilities

• Explain concepts about Stripe’s products to developers across multiple languages.
• Build and debug integrations and produce guides and code samples.
• Develop and maintain documentation, examples, and demos.
• Identify friction points and collaborate with engineering to improve products.
• Develop internal tooling and act as a developer advocate for the organization.
• Deliver training and respond to integration questions in real time.
