Job summary

You will contribute to operations, enhancements, UI improvements, reporting requests, and thorough knowledge transfer to the existing team to ensure ongoing stability and performance of the application.

Qualifications

• J2EE, Java, IBM DB2 UDB, Eclipse — 10+ years of experience required.
• Prior state government experience within the last 5 years.
• eXPRS Application Development — 1–3 years.
• Senior Developer role with responsibilities across maintenance, UI improvements, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remediate application defects.
• Complete operational requests in the eXPRS backlog.
• Address performance and maintenance requests.
• Refactor code and implement UI improvements.
• Develop updates to the eXPRS application and document changes.
• Document enhancements and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in daily Scrum and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with ODHS product owner and technical architects.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the team.
