Qualifications

• 10+ years of J2EE, Java, IBM DB2 UDB, and Eclipse experience.
• 1–3 years of eXPRS application development.
• State government experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong enterprise application development experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
