Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Senior Developer to support the eXPRS application, focusing on development, enhancement, and bug remediation for ODHS/ODDS operations. The role spans 11 months in Salem, Oregon with remote work considerations. Collaboration across teams will drive timely, high-quality updates and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in J2EE.
• 10+ years experience with IBM DB2 UDB.
• 10+ years experience in Java.
• 10+ years experience with Eclipse.
• Prior state government experience within last five years.
• 1–3 years in eXPRS Application Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver updates to the eXPRS application, including code changes and documentation.
• Document completed enhancements to ensure full system documentation for the eXPRS application.
• Complete defect and change requests for code modifications impacting the eXPRS application.
• Engage in daily Scrum meetings with system and business experts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the ODHS product owner to understand mandatory requirements and timelines.
• Document solution options, impacted areas, dependencies, and capability gaps.
• Work with the ODHS technical architect to understand standards and document design.
• Collaborate with the OIS technical manager and lead to assess effort and timelines.
• Provide transparency into work performed and deliverables; maintain sprint reports.
