Life360 is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Associate for Life360 Ads. This remote-first role focuses on building and optimizing lead generation systems, from website and landing-page operations to email and LinkedIn campaigns, with close collaboration to sales and content teams.

You will drive account-based marketing, lead scoring, routing, and reporting, while shaping paid media and AI-enabled visibility for advertisers. 102k–152k USD/year, remote in the US.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B demand gen or marketing ops with measurable impact.
• Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce experience with data movement between systems.
• Website ownership: manage pages and landing pages with internal teams.
• Strong SEO foundation: keywords, on-page and technical SEO, structured data.
• Experience marketing to advertisers or media; ABM is a plus.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and report on campaigns and pipelines.

• Define and implement a lead process with clear stages, scoring, and routing.
• Own HubSpot and Salesforce integration, permissions, and data quality.
• Manage Life360 Ads website and landing-page operations with developers/agencies.
• Lead SEO improvements and advise on technical fixes and structured data.
• Improve AI search visibility by coordinating content and technical changes.
• Plan and optimize paid search and LinkedIn lead gen campaigns with tracking.
• Oversee email and LinkedIn campaigns: lists, forms, testing, reporting.
• Build gated content pages and ensure timely lead handoff to sales.
• Support ABM campaigns targeting named brands and agencies.
• Create dashboards; monitor lead quality, sales conversations, and spend.
