Job summary

Worst Kept Secret is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects within the Client Success department. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams, ensuring rigorous timelines, defined scope, and high-quality outcomes across accounts.

This role emphasizes accountability, proactive risk management, and clear communication with Account Management and internal partners to maintain momentum and client success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery across multiple projects or accounts.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage timelines, scope, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Manage burn reports for assigned projects and accounts.
• Facilitate internal reviews ensuring alignment on next steps across teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budget trackers, and task assignments using Asana, Box & any other client designated project management tools.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards prior to client review.
• Ensure alignment and cohesion across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams within an account.
