Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to join a Fortune 10 tech client’s Ad Sales Analytics team. You’ll translate business questions into data-driven insights, owning projects from scope to stakeholder presentation.

You will partner with client stakeholders, build dashboards, and deliver weekly narratives on acquisition trends, driving revenue growth. This high-visibility role combines analytics, storytelling, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Advanced SQL is a daily requirement.
• Experience with Looker Studio or comparable BI tools.
• Strong analytical thinking for structured problem solving.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or digital media is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and agentic workflows is a differentiator.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and marketing funnel analysis is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into structured analytics projects.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics reporting.
• Produce weekly performance slides and narratives on trends and drivers.
• Develop forecasts across organic and paid channels.
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL and data models.
• Analyze Ads Sales funnel across segments, geographies, and channels.
• Identify growth opportunities and present actionable recommendations.
• Apply analytic frameworks to ambiguous problems and form testable hypotheses.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
