Acxiom is seeking a senior Decision Support Analyst to transform marketing, media, and customer data into actionable insights and reporting. The role combines analytics, reporting, BI, and consultative problem-solving to drive client success and informed decisions.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, validate data quality, and deliver high-quality, repeatable reporting across platforms like Adobe, iHub, GCP, and BigQuery. Remote/homebased with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with marketing analytics, reporting, BI, or data-focused fields.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven ability to build and support recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for reporting, analytics, campaign management, and BI solutions.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports; validate data and findings.
• Support campaign execution, monitoring, and related reporting deliverables.
• Mentor analysts and drive process improvements across reporting functions.
