Fractal Analytics is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to join its Data Science organization in a hybrid Bay Area or New York City setting, focusing on data-driven retail and commercial problems. You will frame questions, analyze performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include forecasting, experimentation design, and building decision-support tools using Python, SQL, and BI platforms.

Formación

• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, experimentation, and causal analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable analytical problems.
