Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst for the Deal Desk Team to drive cross-functional deal velocity, dashboards, and AI workflow integrations in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to manage the global deal model and cost data, build data-driven solutions, and maintain enablement resources for the Global Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or analytical GTM/Deal Desk role.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with intermediate financial models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in exploring and developing new AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows.
• Facilitate automation of internal tooling and manage system results.
• Support renewals reporting and data gathering for pricing insights.
• Maintain dashboards tracking deal velocity and discount trends by sales segment.
