Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior AI and Data Specialist in a remote-friendly environment to unlock growth for its customers and business. You will use data analysis, scripting, and agentic workflows to improve product quality, fight fraud, and optimize gross margins for Twilio’s global telecom network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in developing technical data and automation solutions.
• Extensive experience with SQL and relational database schemas.
• Experience using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms to build automated data workflows and process pipelines.
• Experience building agents and training LLM models to solve complex, multi-step problems.
• Strong understanding and orientation toward data management, governance, and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Architect, test, and deploy LLMs and agents to automate unstructured, multi-step data investigations.
• Design dashboards and repeatable BI solutions (Tableau/Looker/Python) that deliver actionable insights.
• Define KPIs and track performance over time.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate complex business needs into data requirements and governance.
