Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data science, ML or applied AI.
• 4+ years of leadership experience (direct or indirect).
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing data science team building agent-based platforms.
• Define and drive AI roadmap for content platform with reusable capabilities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, planning, and resourcing.
• Translate business problems into technical strategies and delivery plans.
• Ensure production-grade AI systems meeting accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture leaders.
