- 8+ years in data engineering or related field, incl. 3+ years managing engineers.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional data initiatives.
- Strong delivery discipline and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing Data Platform engineering team.
- Translate priorities into delivery plans with milestones and owners.
- Maintain delivery discipline and address blockers.
- Assess architecture and technical readiness with Staff Engineers.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Product, Client Delivery, Engineering.
- Drive operational excellence across production support, observability, and reliability.
