Job summary
Precisely is seeking a software sales professional to cover the SLED West Territory, focusing on selling to the state of California and focused on selling Data Integrity, Data Integration and Location Intelligence with AI capabilities.
The Senior Account Executive will identify and close direct sales engagements, upgrade and expand existing accounts, and work closely with regional partners to maximize opportunities. You will own the customer lifecycle and drive growth across the territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
- Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Proven negotiation skills with value- or outcome-based selling.
- Travel approximately 25% is required; experience selling to Insurance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn Precisely products and approved sales methodology.
- Develop territory plans to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Build client relationships and expand into new accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services to create demand.
- Maintain territory forecast in Salesforce.
