Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or analytics engineering with direct people management experience
• Proven ability to attract and scale engineering talent while maintaining high technical standards
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end data platform architecture and product ownership in regulated environments
• Deep expertise in cloud data warehouses, orchestration tools, and ingestion tooling
• Experience designing role-based access control frameworks and data governance practices

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers, establishing technical standards and career growth paths
• Own the architecture and strategy for data ingestion, warehouse modeling, and analytics engineering, ensuring robust governance and security frameworks
• Serve as the product manager for data-related systems, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable roadmaps and ensuring appropriate tooling and access
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive data democratization and scalable data solutions
