Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks dynamic Program Managers to support a leading hyperscale data center client in managing multiple site development opportunities across the United States. The role oversees LOI to lease execution, coordinating design, energy, cost, scheduling, and real estate teams, with tight governance and executive-level reporting.

The successful candidate will drive outcomes across complex projects in a fast-paced environment, influencing stakeholders with urgency and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to five concurrent data center site development opportunities from LOI through lease execution.
• Drive program governance, action tracking, risk management, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, energy, cost, scheduling, and real estate.
• Monitor milestones and resolve issues impacting deal progression.
• Prepare and present executive updates and dashboards.
