Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to define and advance our EPMS/BMS engineering standards across data center projects. You will drive controls architecture, SCADA/EPMS integration, and alarm management while coordinating with electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and IT security teams.

Lead the design standards, vendor selection, and lifecycle improvements, ensuring reliability and scalable automation for our North American data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive controls or instrumentation engineering experience in data centers.
• Experience leading EPMS/BMS design on hyperscale, colo, or enterprise data centers.
• Professional ownership of discipline lead roles on large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own EPMS and BMS design standards and specifications.
• Review EPMS/BMS design packages from external engineers to ensure standards compliance.
• Lead controls architecture, cybersecurity posture, and alarm management.
• Oversee points lists, operation sequences, and network diagrams as living design documents.
• Provide controls leadership across project phases from feasibility to commissioning.
• Support RFPs and vendor selection for EPMS/BMS scopes.
