Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to define and advance EPMS and BMS standards across our data center projects, ensuring visibility, automation, and reliability in line with our reliability targets.

You will lead a controls team, collaborate with engineering and commissioning, manage external integrators, and drive cybersecurity, SCADA integration, and ongoing design standardization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in controls or instrumentation engineering for data centers.
• Experience as a technical owner or discipline lead on large capital projects.
• PE license or professional certifications (CAP, Niagara, PMP) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own EPMS and BMS design standards.
• Define controls network architecture and cybersecurity.
• Lead controls value engineering across projects.
• Oversee design packages from external engineers.
• Coordinate with IT/OT security and commissioning.
• Present strategy to leadership and customers.
