Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Solution Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity to translate complex cyber capabilities into customer-ready narratives and differentiated value propositions. You will drive GTM plans and collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to create compelling offerings and launches.

You will partner with business leaders and technical experts to align strategy, messaging, and assets, ensuring SHI’s cybersecurity portfolio remains relevant and competitive in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in product/solutions marketing for B2B SaaS, hardware or IT services.
• Experience in B2B marketing spanning enterprise and SMB buyers.
• Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans.
• Strong technical literacy, especially in AI, to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to execute successful product launches that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for technology products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making; data-driven and results-focused.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive goals into performance-focused GTM plans.
• Develop marketing strategies for decision makers and technical audiences.
