Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an Associate Director - Partner Marketing – Cybersecurity to lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers and drive growth across the cybersecurity partner portfolio. You will develop annual plans, allocate MDF investments, and align marketing with SHI's revenue and margin objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize go-to-market strategies, while ensuring data-driven decision making and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-partner marketing strategies within a technology organization.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events – 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers supporting strategic cybersecurity partners.
• Develop annual marketing plans aligned to cybersecurity revenue and gross margin growth targets.
• Create MDF investment strategies aligned with SHI growth objectives.
• Drive KPI-driven performance management and executive reviews with partners.
