Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Jr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer in the United States to translate client challenges into scalable data and mar-tech solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, client partners, product, strategy, and delivery teams while learning from senior engineers, contributing to RFP responses, presentations, demonstrations, and solution documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on discovery, AI-enabled workflows, and clear storytelling for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in mar-tech, ad-tech, or data-focused roles.
• Foundational data concepts: data pipelines, identity resolution, analytics.
• Familiar with pre-sales processes: RFP/RFI, deal strategy, upsell opportunities.
• Comfortable using AI tools in professional workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate complex challenges into outcomes.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong research, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, transparent working style across multiple teams.
• Growth mindset and curiosity about data, mar-tech, AI, privacy topics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior solutions engineers to understand client business and technical requirements.
• Capture, organize, and synthesize discovery notes into clear internal documentation.
• Prepare initial materials for RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, and solution narratives.
• Build demonstrations and proof points that show how proposed solutions address client needs.
• Conduct client, competitive, industry, and market research to support design and strategy.
• Maintain accurate and organized solution documentation and deal materials.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, product, and solutions teams to ensure alignment.
• Support discovery by identifying root-cause business challenges and feasibility.
• Contribute to design of scalable data and marketing tech solutions aligned with objectives.
• Develop narratives translating complex concepts into outcome-focused messaging.
