Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships within complex B2B accounts.
• Track record of renewals, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals, expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction for a manufacturing portfolio.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Lead executive business reviews and monitor product adoption and value realization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
