Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer specializing in Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI. In this role, you will ensure successful deployment, automated lifecycle management, and ongoing stabilization of enterprise CLM and PKI solutions across distributed hybrid environments.

You will drive adoption, provide expert guidance, and work with CISOs, CTOs, and security teams to maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, large-scale network design, operations, and security.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role.
• Proven track record driving product adoption and delivering training.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders.
• PKI knowledge across technologies and standards.
• Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product-level expertise for deployments and complex challenges.
• Serve as the go-to expert for CLM and PKI, guiding integrations and customizations.
• Proactively communicate new features and best practices to customers.
• Lead training sessions and workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Identify deployment gaps and translate them into strategic action plans.
• Ensure customers fully adopt and optimize new features.
• Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and other executives.
• Manage complex engagements with account teams for high-touch delivery.
• Lead customer escalations with coordinated internal response.
