Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role (e.g., Customer Success, Consulting, or Support Engineering).
• Proven track record in driving product adoption and leading complex feature implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product-level expertise during complex deployments.
• Guide customers through CLM and PKI integrations.
• Lead adoption initiatives and customer training sessions.
