Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, large-scale network design, operations and security.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role (Customer Success, Consulting, or Support).
• Proven track record driving product adoption and delivering advanced training.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
• High-level consultative skills to influence decisions.
• PKI encompasses technology, standards, and implementations.
• Security focus on securing internet applications and cryptography.
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product-level expertise, leading complex deployments and resolving challenging issues.
• Serve as go-to expert for CLM and PKI products and guide integrations.
• Communicate new features and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Lead adoption efforts with in-depth training sessions and workshops.
• Identify deployment gaps and translate into strategic action plans.
• Ensure customers adopt and optimize new features for operational excellence.
• Act as strategic advisor to stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives.
• Manage complex engagements with high-touch delivery alongside account teams.
• Lead customer escalations with cross-team coordination for timely resolution.
