You will plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic programs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations, partnering with leaders to ensure objectives deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
• Define goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop program strategies aligned with objectives.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

• Standardize program management practices across the organization.
• Provide timely reporting and post-program reviews.
