Job summary

CDK Global is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a remote role in the United States with up to 50% travel. You will build trusted advisor relationships with dealerships, drive adoption of CDK SaaS solutions, and identify revenue opportunities in partnership with Sales.

Qualifications include 4+ years in client services or sales, knowledge of CDK apps and automotive operations, and strong communication. Travel-ready professionals will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client services, marketing or sales (B2B) or outside sales.
• Ability to influence across dealership levels.
• Knowledge of CDK applications and automotive industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealership management and ensure client success.
• Travel up to 50% and drive up to 25% to client sites.
• Identify and nurture additional revenue opportunities with Sales.
• Prepare client reports and presentations to educate and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sr. CSMs to mitigate risk and retain at-risk clients.
