Job summary

Sompo International, a leading writer of Federal Crop Insurance in the United States, is seeking an AgriSompo Senior Claims Auditor to join the AgriSompo National Operations team. This remote role supports agents and producers by reviewing and processing medium to complex crop insurance claim files with subject matter expertise in auditing.

The role offers flexibility to be based remotely in eligible states and requires 5+ years of crop insurance experience, FCIC policy knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of crop insurance experience.
• Knowledge of FCIC policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process claims timely and accurately.
• Communicate with underwriters, adjusters, agents, and producers.
• Work independently and in a team to resolve issues.
• Use Loss Adjustment Manuals (LAM), policy provisions and internal resources.
• Ensure compliance with FCIC and internal policies and procedures.
• Exhibit auditing proficiency across crop claim types and levels.
• Research and resolve complex claims with limited supervision.
