Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Sr. Director of CRO & Landing Page Strategy to build and lead a CRO function. You will own onsite optimization and CairnAI landing pages, designing offer strategies and testing roadmaps while guiding a cross-functional team of paid media, creative, and GTM professionals.

This is a high-impact role at a fast-moving growth agency. You will evolve the CRO function from individual contributor to team leader, partnering with leadership to scale revenue and client impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRO/ecommerce growth or performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience building or leading a CRO function from the ground up.
• Direct landing page and paid funnel experience with post-click optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO function end to end including onsite optimization and CairnAI landing pages.
• Build and scale processes, templates, and playbooks for long-term CRO operations.
• Lead testing roadmaps, hypothesis-driven experiments, and learnings across accounts.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, and GTM teams to drive revenue growth.
• Present test results and recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership.
