Job summary

FirmPilot is seeking a Director/Senior CRO & WordPress Landing Page Manager to own landing page performance and conversion optimization across our paid search campaigns.

You'll design, build, and optimize high-converting WordPress pages, partner with our Paid Media and product teams, and drive AI-assisted experiments to lower cost per lead while increasing qualified lead flow. Fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization or performance marketing.
• Expert level experience building and optimizing WordPress landing pages.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Quality Score.
• Experience with structured experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong copywriting skills focused on lead generation.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Experience with MS Clarity or Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile optimization.
• Experience with Elementor, Bricks, or Gutenberg.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own landing page performance and optimize pages for Google Ads.
• Develop scalable landing experiences across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate with Paid Media to improve Google Ads Quality Score.
• Improve headlines, value propositions, CTAs, forms, and mobile experience.
• Measure performance: conversions, CPL, and lead quality.
• Lead AI-driven experiments and optimize conversion paths.
